Rainy Sunday
We enjoyed a lazy day since the rain kept us inside all day. Lucy burned off plenty of energy jumping on the bed like a maniac for an hour. Here are some pics. And yes, in case you're wondering those are BIG GIRL PANTIES she's wearing!!! WOO HOO! We had great success with the potty today, but we're not quite there yet, keep your fingers crossed!

Family Time
We had a "cook-in" last night with Ryan's family. Our huge cookout was cancelled due a) the weather and b) ryan hurting his knee days before he was supposed to leave. So we enjoyed a much smaller cook-in at MeMe and Papa's which was perfectly fine with Lucy! She had a ball with everyone! Here are some pics.

Gowns, Fishing Poles and Roller Skates, OH MY!
LuLu got SOOO many treats on Easter, here are a few pictures of her enjoying her goodies:

A Tinkerbell gown, complete with slippers and a magic wand from MeMe and Papa (please ignore the Snow White crown, she added that special touch herself!)

A day at the lake . . .

To enjoy her fishing pole that the Easter Bunny brought. Needless to say Steve was more than willing to take her out on the lake for a day of fun!

My little fisherman!
Easter
Okay, so I am a little behind on my blogging. I apologize, but my work has been so crazy lately that any spare moment I've had on the computer has not been spent uploading pics, which takes forever. But finally, here they are. Easter Day, I thought Lucy was so precious in her little black and white Easter dress, so of course I went a little camera happy. Hope you enjoy!

She thought it was really funny that she and Boo were "dressed" the same!
LuLu in her TuTu
Lucy actually did it, she actually completed her first dance recital. And I have to say she was the star of the show. But not because of her extraordinary dancing talent, but more because of her silliness, and her unwillingness to follow along with the teacher (me). The crowd was cracking up as she smacked herself in the face, blew kisses, talked to the backdrop and spun into oblivion. It was quite humorous I have to say, even if I was super stressed at the moment because she would not listen to me at all! Here are her dance class pics we took a couple days before the recital. I'll add a pic in her tap costume later.
