The evening was spent playing in the yard with a beach ball and bat, and if she wasn't hitting the ball around the yard (like a golfer rather than a baseball player) she was trying to wack somebody with the bat. She thought it was hilarious and we DID fuss at her and make her stop, but even my mother-in-law would tell you that it was hilarious when Lucy nailed her right in the rear end . . . and hard . . . with the bat. She also spent a lot of time on the swingset with one of her many "Baby Tella's" (Baby Stella's . . . her name for nearly every baby doll in the house, named after her big cousin Stella who she doesn't get to see too often but she still talks about all the time)Then Grandpa Steve came out to visit and he and Lucy got all dolled up in her 'earrings' (which are really little plastic bracelets) and pranced about the house. Too funny.

" I pretty Mommy?"

The next Tiger Woods of goofy golf.

Running races between our house and Pop & Momma Jo's . . . one of her favorite outdoor activities.

"Mommy watch me and Baby 'Tella"
(Don't worry Emily, she doesn't name them after who they resemble, every baby is Stella, Mack, or Jackson. If we were naming this one after who she resembled it'd be Baby Albert Einstein.)

That baby probably has more hair than Stella :) I was just disappointed not to see Uncle Steve in his earrings!
